Welcome to Feynote, provided by Shanghai Shuixing Information Technology Co., Ltd. By using Feynote, you agree to these terms and our Privacy policy。
1. Service description
Feynote provides content learning, task clarification, learning goal breakdown, active expression, AI-assisted assessment, targeted practice, note management and delayed verification. Some capabilities may be in testing and may change as the product evolves.
2. Account and security
- Public examples do not require an account. Personal content and ongoing learning records require sign-in.
- Provide accurate, lawful information and protect your sign-in methods and device security.
- Do not transfer accounts, bypass security mechanisms or abuse the service through automation.
- Contact us promptly if you notice unauthorized account activity.
3. User content
You retain your lawful rights to the content you submit. You authorize us to process it only to provide, maintain and improve Feynote. You must have the right to submit the text, files, recordings and other materials, and must not infringe anyone else's intellectual property, privacy or other lawful rights.
4. AI suggestions
AI assessments, materials and suggestions may contain errors or omissions. They support learning and do not constitute medical, legal, financial, personnel or other professional advice. For important decisions, independently verify the original evidence and exercise professional judgment. AI suggestions will not overwrite your notes without explicit approval.
5. Acceptable use
You must not use Feynote to:
- Upload unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, infringing or unauthorized content;
- Attempt to access other people's accounts, data, system interfaces or non-public features;
- Distribute malware, disrupt the service, or evade rate limits and security controls;
- Train, scrape or resell the service in violation of applicable law or third-party terms.
6. Intellectual property
Feynote software, interfaces, trademarks, documentation and service capabilities are protected by intellectual property law. Except as expressly authorized by these terms, you may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sell or sublicense them.
7. Changes and interruptions
We may adjust features for security, compliance, maintenance or product upgrades. We will make reasonable efforts to give advance notice of significant changes. Test services may involve interruptions, data migration or feature limitations.
8. Account termination
You may request account deletion at any time. If an account seriously violates these terms or threatens others or service security, we may lawfully restrict or terminate service and provide reasonable information about appeals or data handling.
9. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Feynote is provided as is. We do not guarantee that learning suggestions fit every situation or that service will always be uninterrupted. We do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Updates and applicable law
We may update these terms as the product and law change and give reasonable notice. Disputes should first be addressed through good-faith discussion; mandatory provisions of applicable law take precedence.
